Ways You Can Help

Stay Home If Sick
For the safety of everyone, please visit only when healthy - if you have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone who tested positive, please stay home.

Practice Social Distancing
Please keep 2 meters/6 feet between your group and others at all times.

Wash Your Hands
Please use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands frequently.

Wear A Mask
Guests may wear masks but it is not required. Physical barriers will be in place wherever necessary.
Our COVID Safety Plan
Welcome to the Kraay Family Farm! We’re dedicated to protecting our family, our employees and our guests here at the farm. This year:
- We will be encouraging all guests to book a date to come online and to pay for their tickets online as well. This will help us to ensure we maintain proper capacity at the farm.
- Walk-up gate admission is $2 more than online.
- We would like Season Pass holders to also reserve their days online. This will help us to maintain our proper capacity. If you do not reserve a day, there is a chance that we could be over capacity.
- We will have all attractions open at this point except for Pig Races. This is subject to change for any reason at any point. We will do our very best to let our guests know if an attraction will be closed.
- Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
To ensure everyone’s safety, we make the following promises to one another:
Our Promises As an agritourism destination.
We will continue to be a leader in safe sanitation and hygiene practices.
Our animal care standards will remain exceptional and include regular sanitization of animal areas and surfaces.
All employees entering our farm will pass a health check prior to each shift. Staff must stay home if ill.
Social distancing will be encouraged in all common areas of the farm.
Hand sanitizer or hand washing stations will be available to all guests and employees.
We will establish facility capacity limits to enable physical distancing protocols whenever possible.
Both employees and guests may wear non-medical masks and/or face shields. Be sure to put them on and remove them safely. Physical barriers will be in place wherever necessary.
We will use cashless or no-contact payment whenever possible. We will encourage online purchases and ticketing.
We will clean and sanitize common areas and surfaces regularly.
Farm merchandise and food will be handled with utmost care and in accordance with recommended AHS guidelines.
We will adhere to all local and provincial health standards. This may include closing some attractions on the farm or changing guidelines as we deem necessary to keep everyone as safe as possible.
We will encourage guests to turn on their ABTracetogether app while at the farm.
Your promise to us
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath), or you or someone in your household has traveled internationally in the past 14 days, please help us keep everyone safe by staying home.

You agree to follow the social distancing and sanitary guidelines that have been put in place to protect you and our other guests.
