Do I have to wear a mask?
No, you do not have to wear a mask on the farm. You are welcome to do so if you wish. There are no indoor, enclosed spaces on the farm.
What is the difference between the Adventure Day Pass and the Regular Day Pass? What does the Season Pass Include?

All our passes are individual passes. The Regular Individual Day Pass (Kids & Kids at Heart) includes 95% of the farm including the corn maze, pumpkin patch, slides, jumping pillows, and over 40+ activities and games. There are 4 activities that require the extra purchase of tokens: the Grain Train (2 tokens/person/ride), the Post Pounder (1 token per hit – also called the Hi-Striker), the Pumpkin Blaster (1 token per shot), and the Shootout at the OK Corral (4 tokens/person/game – paintballs guns retrofitted to shoot foam balls, played in a small outdoor arena).

The Adventure Day Pass includes doing each of these token activities ONCE. You can also purchase tokens online or when you come, at any building on the farm if you wish to do those activities without the wristband. (Or more than once if you have the wristband). Tokens are $1 each, 10 for $9, or 25 for $20.

We also sell a Season Pass. It is also an individual pass and does not include tokens with it. It would be like purchasing a recurring Individual Day Pass.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs must be friendly, well-behaved, and stay away from food areas. They MUST be on a short leash at all time. There are many guests, especially some young ones, who are afraid of dogs and we ask that you please take that into consideration when deciding if you should take your dog to the farm. Ownership reserves the right to ask that you do not have your dog at the farm if the situation presents itself.
If I work with a person with disabilities, do you have a special rate?
Yes. If you are staff, our policy is that the client pays and the staff is free. However, it is basically a 2 for 1 rate which you can work out however you would like together. If you have id, we do appreciate seeing it but it is not mandatory.
Are you open when it’s raining?
Generally, yes, we are open when it’s raining. However, if there is another time that you are able to come, we recommend you try to make it on a day that’s a little less wet! Please do check our website, Instagram or Facebook for current updates as we do sometimes close when there is lots of rain or extreme weather. If you do come in the rain please bring rain gear, especially your boots as the field will get muddy (and so will you!) Certain attractions on the farm may be closed for safety reasons, such as the jumping pillows. If there is lightning or other dangerous conditions, guests will be asked to take shelter in a safe area.
When are you open?
Please see the bottom of the page for hours.
Do you have a family rate?
We do all individual pricing here at the farm. If your group is 50+ people you can access our group rate. Please see our admissions page for more information.
How far are you from Calgary? How far are you from Edmonton?
Our location is about 1.5 hours from the north end of Calgary and 1 hour from the South end of Edmonton.
Do you have food?
YES! Check out our CORNsession see all the delicious choices we have.
How do you cut out the maze? Aliens?
With scissors…just kidding, of course! If you would like to see how it’s done, check out the videos: How We Plant the Corn and How We Make the Maze. While you’re at it, subscribe to our Kraay Family Farm YouTube channel to stay up-to-date with other neat behind the scenes footage and videos from the Farm.
Is your place wheelchair accessible?
Yes! If it is raining, though, the field will get muddier so we recommend to come on a nice sunny day if at all possible.
Can I bring my whole family?
Yes! Everyone is welcome here – there is something for all ages. Kids and Kids at heart pay admission and 2 and under are free.
When is the flashlight maze?
In the Fall, when it is darker earlier, we suggest you try the maze in the dark! We open later on Fridays and Saturdays in the Fall so you can spend the evening in the maze. Bring a flashlight!
What is your group rate?
Please refer to our Admissions page for more information. Group rates are $2 off per person with a group of 50+. You must make a reservation and pay in a single transaction to receive the group rate price.
Can I reserve a firepit?
Firepits are available on a first come, first serve and we do not reserve them. Firewood can be purchased for $5 a bundle.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can pack your own food and you can rent a bbq ($10 – includes propane and utensils) if you need that as well.
How much time do you recommend for our visit?
Allow 2.5-4 hours for your visit to Kraay Family Farm. If you don’t have the time in one visit you can always upgrade to a Season Pass and come back again and again!
Can I bring a birthday cake?
Yes. We ask that you try to store it yourself if at all possible but we can store it in a freezer/fridge if the need arises. We do not have space to store extra food.

How do I get to you?
